A Beginning?

April 17, 2007

I’m not exactly sure why I’m bothering with this. Blogging isn’t my thing most times. I do, however have more than my fair share of thoughts on things… everything in life begins somewhere. Whether it be confrontations or the start of new love, everything begins somewhere. And it can fade just as easily… everything eventually fades.

I guess I should have something definitive to talk about here, so let’s go with the subject of love, shall we? Is it real? I suppose it is. I feel it, even though I doubt, but everyone doubts, don’t they? See, too many people think that love is unending and that isn’t true at all. It can end, just as easy as it began. But, love doesn’t end with hatred as most people seem to think. Love and hate are the closest of relatives, brother and sister if you will. Both are strong emotions and one can turn into the other just as easily as it can turn back, like a dance. It is… in a word, confusing. Indifference, however… now that is the death of love.

When you no longer care at all, when it doesn’t matter what happens to someone or something, that is when you truly feel your worst for them. You are indifferent… you do not care. Sadly enough, I’ve felt this too. As have many others, though most won’t admit it. So, should we cherish love while we have it in it’s truest form, and appreciate the hatred it can inspire? Or should we simply wait until we no longer care before we put it behind us?

Hmm.. Blogging might not be your thing, but you are good at it ;)

As for your questions.. I believe that we should cherish love while we have it. Even if it eventually mutates into hatred, it isn’t something to just throw away.

Love can inspire so many emotions and feelings within the body, to deny those emotions.. Is to deny the nature of us humans, in my opinion.

Love can end just as fast as it begins, yes.. But, I always believe if you find “true” love, you will be eternally bonded with the person spiritually. Even if you break up, the love is still there and will always be.

    Just my thoughts ;)
